September Installation Round-Up

Posted in Tips & Trends

Things did not slow down in September and Colony Rug continued to dash about New England installing carpets. We ventured up to Stowe, Vermont twice this month, installed a carpet at St. Anthony’s Church in Cohasset and made several trips across the border to Rhode Island. Our Rhode Island installations included: Watch Hill RI, Cranston RI, North Kingstown and Jamestown. We even headed over to beautiful Washington, CT for a two day installation.  We gave the installation crew a break and they had a short commute over to Norwell, MA for a large project that lasted four days.  As always we were back and forth to Nantucket several times.

Here are just a few highlights of the month:

Proving that we always go “above and beyond” Justin does whatever it takes to get the job done!

This area rug in Nantucket was fabricated right on-site so we were could mimic the angles of the room perfectly. As you can imagine, on-island installations require a bit of planning. We wrap and ship the carpet ahead of time and Sun Island Transportation manages the delivery. This way our installation team can hop the ferry whenever the homeowner is ready for us.

Our portfolio always seems to include many stair runners!

This carpet was hand made in England then shipped over to Colony Rug for finish and installation.

Snappy stripes gives these stairs in Nantucket a nautical flair.

Whew – no wonder we’re exhausted! Fortunately October is looking just as busy as September. Visit our Facebook fan page to see all of our New England caret installations.
